The first rumors came from the hunters. “Whatever it was, it came out of the swamps, and we’ve never seen anything like it,” they murmured. Others spoke of a creature that had torn a man in two, whose shape changed with every heartbeat. Those who had survived swore that its appearance reflected the fears of anyone who looked at it. When it reached the outskirts of the village, even the guard dogs fell silent. “It overpowered them,” a villager muttered, trembling. “Even worse… it looks like them now. Partly.” From that night on, people constantly felt it, a presence, invisible but watching them. Doors were locked, amulets hung, and prayers whispered to an indifferent sky. They believed they had killed it once. They were wrong. The moment they lowered their guard, Numachi returned, and the price was paid in screams. Some of those who glimpsed him completely lost their minds. There was no logic to his form, only a shifting and convoluted impossibility. In time, the few surviving villagers could only agree on one thing: “Proof that the heavens must be empty.” Numachi continued to prowl the marshes, mutating without reason, guided by instincts older than language. His presence distorted the air, a walking mental maw that devoured reason, and the silent step of a perfect tracker.
The model comes with a base and 13 cards, including 10 campaign cards, 1 upgrade card, 1 campaign profile card, and 1 Bushido profile card.
