Early 22nd century. Planet Earth is under the control of Ahab Corporation, an all-powerful conglomerate whose supremacy rests on access to Gene.sys, a database of unknown origin containing knowledge capable of reshaping the world.
But Gene.sys attracts covetous eyes. In the shadows operate the Breachers: elite hackers willing to risk their minds and identities to infiltrate the base, steal its secrets, and increase their power. Facing them is the ARM, a relentless artificial intelligence for defense, which hunts down and eliminates any intrusion. Only the most daring will dare to cross the Breach. Will you be up to the challenge? A fast-paced and strategic miniatures game. The Breach is a competitive miniatures game for 1 to 4 players, offering dynamic games of approximately 25 minutes per player. Each participant embodies a Breacher, projected into Gene.sys as a digital Avatar, with a clear objective: to steal as much information as possible before the others. Throughout the game, you will have to: infiltrate the database rooms, deploy and assign viruses, confront ICE, Guardians, and opposing Avatars, upgrade your Avatar with unique programs and abilities, and manipulate the base using cheat codes and special effects. The game cleverly combines resource management, tactical combat, set collection, and asymmetrical powers, offering great strategic depth and excellent replayability. A compelling universe, constant tension. Every game is a race against the others. Breachers… but also against the system itself. The ARM adapts its defenses, threats evolve, and Gene.sys is never easily dominated. Gather information, control the base, crush your rivals. The most audacious Breacher will gain wealth, power… and victory.
