The IMEX WWI kit authentically captures US troops in May 1918. Each figure is dressed in M1912 or M1917 tunics with stand collars, with most wearing British-style helmets. The kit includes M1910 packs, meatcan pouches, pack carriers, entrenching tools, bayonets, and British-modeled gas masks. The officer figure features a coat and overseas cap, though in battle, he would typically wear a helmet. Some figures also carry extra bandoleers of grenades or ammunition.

The poses depict American troops advancing, highlighting their eagerness in battle. Notable poses include a figure firing a Chauchat automatic rifle, another advancing with a Chauchat at the hip, one ready to launch a grenade from his rifle, and another holding a Winchester 1897 shotgun.
