TRP05908 1:144 Trumpeter German Type XXIII Late Production U-Boat #5908

This is the late war variant of the Type XXIII German U-Boat, developed near the end of WWII. These U-boats were so small that they carried their 2 torpedoes externally, the inside being crammed with personnel and equipment. The Allies never sank a Type XXIII U-Boat during the war due to their size and the fact that they quietly patrolled the seas virtually undetected.
Kit consists of 32 parts on 3 sprues, and measures over 10? long.
