The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-29 is a fighter aircraft developed in the early 1970s. Its first flight took place in early October 1977.
It entered service with the Soviet army in 1983, but was not is no longer commanded by the Russian Air Force today. It still used and ordered by many other countries including Ukraine.
