With her signature harlequin style in full bloom, Harley is clad in a lace-up top, short-shorts, thigh-high stockings, and pigtails, all in color-coordinated red and black panels. Harley’s look is complete by two guns attached to her belt and spare ammunition circling her waist. Measures approximately 8 3/4-inches tall and is made of plastic.
