30 years after sending the first colony ships from the Ganymede launch base, humanity has decided to launch Project Galileo! Its goal: to develop Jupiter’s 4 main satellites (Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto) in order to extend the human presence in the solar system.
This project is named after the Italian scientist Galileo, the first to observe these 4 satellites in the Earth’s sky in 1610.
Embody this same corporation of the future that you embodied in Ganymede and develop Jupiter’s 4 satellites by acquiring Robots from the 2 factions (Earth and Mars), by recruiting Experts (you will find some advisors from Moon, the Ganymede extension), by developing Technologies and by participating in the construction of Superstructures.
Galileo Project is a strategy game that plays on the chaining of combos.
On your turn, you will follow 3 successive steps:
Change your Influence with Earth or Mars (optional),
Perform an Action: recruit a Character OR build a Robot OR develop a Technology
Claim an objective (optional)
To win, you must have the most Victory Points at the end of the game! These points can be earned through the development of your satellites, your recruited Characters, your Technologies and the Objectives completed. Galileo Project relies on neat equipment, with 24 real Poker chips.
