Yūkan’na, the prince who chose his path
Yūkan’na’s rise to power began with failure. Wounded in his first real battle, the young prince realized that his birthright alone would never be enough to make him a great man. As he recovered from his injuries, three oaths were presented to him, each leading to a different path to power. If he took the Oath of the Shield, he would master the art of defense, surviving every battle until he became a revered duelist and founded his own Koryu. If he chose the Oath of the Blade, he would rebuild himself through discipline, becoming a precise and formidable swordsman whose skill could decide the outcome of any confrontation. If he embraced the Oath of the Veil, he would turn his back on the sword entirely, delving into forgotten lore to become a subtle and formidable Shugenja, blessed by his troops and feared by his enemies. Whichever oath he chose, Yūkan’na proved himself time and again. His name spread throughout the Jwar Isles, sometimes as a master of defense, sometimes as a master of the sword, sometimes as a commander wielding power that bordered on the realm of the Kami. But all versions of his legend begin the same way: a humble prince, standing at a crossroads, choosing the destiny that would define him.
The miniature comes with a base and 13 cards, including 10 campaign cards, 1 upgrade card, 1 campaign profile card, and 1 Bushido profile card.
