Black Dragon Press x Mondo #21: Faust Variant Poster – Johnny Dombrowski

Released in 1926, FAUST is a groundbreaking achievement of silent cinema that still holds up nearly 100 years later. We continue to be huge fans of Johnny Dombrowski, and this poster is no different. From his line work and illustration to the beautiful composition with Mephistopheles looming over Faust and his plague-ridden village, Johnny’s artwork pays beautiful tribute to this landmark film.
