The rerailer is designed to correct derailments that sometimes occur during normal railroad operations. Rerailers are installed after difficult sections of track (turnouts, crossings, S curves, etc.) where derailments may occur.

Also available in the E-Z Track system is an 18″ Radius Curved Terminal Rerailer if you need a rerailer with a power connection.
